Who writes it

Grant Whitfield has built and run direct-to-consumer telehealth operations, which means he knows what sits behind a checkout page: who is prescribing, which pharmacy fills it, what the consult actually consists of, and which line items are quietly excluded. He started this site because NAD+ is sold four different ways at prices that differ by a factor of ten, all under one name. He leads every listing with the route and the milligrams, because without those a price means nothing.

The byline is a pen name

Grant Whitfield is a pen name. The experience described above is real; the name is not the writer’s legal one. Writing under a pen name is ordinary publishing practice, and saying so plainly is the honest version of it.

No clinical credential

Grant Whitfield holds no clinical credential of any kind. He is not a physician, a nurse, a nurse practitioner, a physician assistant, a pharmacist or a dietitian, and nothing he writes is medical advice.
