NAD+ boards, one per route
NAD+ sold as an injection, as a nasal spray and as something you hold under your tongue are three different purchases with three different prices, and the word on the label is the same for all of them. There is one board per route, and the route is decided by what the seller wrote on its own page.
3 of the 9 routes this roster records have enough sellers to compare — 68 of 106 sellers sit on at least one, 26 of them on more than one, and 56 of the 153 provider-and-route rows on the full board sit on none. 9 of these 153 rows are from the 4 sellers that pay us a commission, and those rows lead their own route group. Nothing else about them changes: the prices, the doses, the routes and what each seller is recorded as publishing are exactly what they were, and no figure was read differently because a company pays us. On every board, within that block and within the rest, rows are ordered by how much each seller puts on its own page for that board's route — whether a reader can see a figure at all, whether a dose is given in milligrams, and whether there is a standing monthly rate — and then alphabetically. Nothing here is ordered by price and no row is a recommendation.

The routes with no board, and why
A board needs 8 sellers before it is a comparison rather than a record with table furniture round it. 5 of the 9 routes on this roster fall below that. One more gets no board for a different reason: 46 sellers state no route at all, and a silence is not a delivery method you can shop for. All of them are on the full board and all are named here with their counts, because a board set that quietly drops a route is a curated list pretending to be a rule.
- Route not stated
- 46 sellers on this roster — and this one is not a route at all. It is every row where the seller never said how the product is taken.
- IM
- 3 sellers on this roster. You would be buying an intramuscular shot.
- IV
- 2 sellers on this roster. You would be buying chair time and a nurse.
- Topical
- 2 sellers on this roster. You would be buying a cream.
- Patch
- 2 sellers on this roster. You would be buying a skin patch.
- Oral precursor
- 1 seller on this roster — a precursor rather than NAD+ itself, which is a different molecule the body converts.
