1. Acceptance

By accessing nadplusreport.com (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

The Services publish editorial comparisons of NAD+ and NAD+ precursor sellers: route of administration, dose, price, billing cycle, what a price covers, and what a seller discloses. The Services sell nothing, prescribe nothing and dispense nothing.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on the Services is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. The Services are not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician. Decisions about NAD+, NAD+ precursors, or any other therapy belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. User Conduct

Do not use the Services unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to them, do not scrape them in a way that degrades them for others, and do not misrepresent the Services or their contents.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, structure, tables and design of the Services are protected by copyright and are not licensed for republication. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link.

6. Affiliate Links and Advertising

The Services carry affiliate links. When a link is paid, a disclosure sits with that link, in the same place it appears, every time it appears. A commercial relationship does not change a rating, a price, an ordering rule, or whether a seller appears at all. Non-paying sellers are listed on the same board, with the same styling, and are not softened or hidden. The Disclosure page, linked in the footer, carries the current counts, which are computed from the roster rather than typed.

7. Third-Party Links and Providers

Outbound links go to companies the Services do not control. Their prices, terms, availability, clinical practices and pharmacy arrangements are theirs and can change without notice. A listing here is not an endorsement, a recommendation of treatment, or a warranty of anything a third party does.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Prices are read on a stated date from a stated page and go out of date; the date is printed beside the figure so you can judge it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and anyone contributing to them will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services and their contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12. Changes

These Terms may be revised. The revised Terms take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use after that is acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Services on this subject.
