Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing nadplusreport.com (the “Services”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Using the Services means any use at all: reading a page, opening a board, comparing two sellers, or clicking a link out to one of them. By doing any of it you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you have read and understood these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is linked in the footer and forms part of this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. There is nothing to sign up for and no account to create, so acceptance happens by use and by nothing else.

2. Description of Service

The Services publish editorial comparisons of NAD+ and NAD+ precursor sellers: route of administration, dose, price, billing cycle, what a price covers, and what a seller discloses. The Services sell nothing, prescribe nothing and dispense nothing.

What that means concretely: the Services are a published index and a set of written reviews. They are not a pharmacy, a clinic, a telehealth company, a compounder, an insurer, a marketplace or a broker. No product is bought here, no order is taken here, no payment is accepted here, and no prescription is written, reviewed or filled here. Every purchase happens on a seller’s own site under the seller’s own terms, with the seller’s own clinicians and the seller’s own pharmacy, and the Services are not a party to it.

The Services carry no accounts, no logins, no comment system, no forum and no upload of any kind, so nothing here invites you to submit content and there is no user content for these Terms to license, moderate or remove. If you email us a correction, you are asking us to consider it, which we may do, in whole, in part or not at all; a correction we publish is published in our own words under the process described on the Corrections page.

Every figure published here was read from a seller’s own page on a stated date and is printed with that date beside it. The Services may add sellers, drop sellers, re-read prices, change how a board is ordered, or withdraw a page entirely, at any time and without notice.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on the Services is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship. The Services are not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician. Decisions about NAD+, NAD+ precursors, or any other therapy belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

NAD+ and its precursors are sold in a market where the same word covers very different things: an intravenous drip in a clinic, an intramuscular injection, a subcutaneous vial, a nasal spray, a patch and an oral capsule are not interchangeable, and a price for one is not a price for another. Compounded preparations are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration in the way a branded drug is, and a seller’s marketing language is not a clinical finding. The Services describe what sellers publish; they do not endorse a route, a dose, a molecule or a course of treatment, and no page here should be read as a recommendation to start, stop or change anything. What is right for you, whether any of it is appropriate at all, and what it may interact with are questions for a clinician who can examine you.

Reliance on anything published here is at your own risk, and the Medical Disclaimer, linked in the footer, forms part of these Terms.

4. User Conduct

Do not use the Services unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to them, do not scrape them in a way that degrades them for others, and do not misrepresent the Services or their contents.

Without limiting that: do not probe, scan or test the security of the Services or the systems they run on; do not send automated traffic that imposes an unreasonable load; do not introduce malicious code; do not harvest addresses or contact details from these pages; do not frame, mirror or republish the Services so as to pass them off as your own or as someone else’s; do not strip, alter or obscure a disclosure, a dated figure or a qualifier from anything you quote; and do not use the Services to harass or defame anyone. Quoting a figure without the date and the qualifier printed beside it misstates what the Services actually said, and that is a misrepresentation of the contents whatever the intent behind it.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, structure, tables and design of the Services are protected by copyright and are not licensed for republication. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link.

That covers the editorial work: the written reviews, the comparisons, the way a board is built and ordered, the wording of every explanation, and the presentation of the figures. You may read these pages, print them and save them for your own use. You may not republish, resell, syndicate, license or redistribute them, and you may not use them to train or fine-tune a model, without permission in writing. A brief quotation with attribution and a working link is welcome and needs no permission.

Seller names, brand names, product names and logos mentioned on the Services are the registered trademarks of their respective owners, and they are used here for identification and comparison. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship from their owners, and the Trademarks page, linked in the footer, says so in full.

6. Affiliate Links and Advertising

The Services may carry affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. When a link is paid, a disclosure sits with that link, in the same place it appears, every time it appears. A commercial relationship does not change a rating, a price, an ordering rule, or whether a seller appears at all. Non-paying sellers are listed on the same board, with the same styling, and are not softened or hidden. The Disclosure page, linked in the footer, carries the current counts, which are computed from the roster rather than typed.

A paid link costs you nothing extra: what you pay the seller is what you would have paid arriving any other way. Payment reaches us only if a seller’s own system records that the click came from here, so an ad blocker, a privacy setting or a long wait between the click and the purchase can mean we are paid nothing for a sale we sent, and that is an outcome the Services accept rather than work around. We do not sell editorial coverage, we do not accept payment to remove a criticism or a seller, and a seller cannot buy a position on a board. The Advertise page, linked in the footer, sets out what can be bought here, which is advertising that is labeled as advertising.

7. Third-Party Links and Providers

Outbound links go to companies the Services do not control. Their prices, terms, availability, clinical practices and pharmacy arrangements are theirs and can change without notice. A listing here is not an endorsement, a recommendation of treatment, or a warranty of anything a third party does.

Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site, governed by their terms and their privacy policy, and anything you agree to there is between you and them. The Services are not a party to that transaction and cannot cancel an order, issue a refund, chase a shipment, reach a clinician, release a prescription or resolve a billing dispute on your behalf. Before you buy anything, verify the current price, what the price includes, the billing cycle, the shipping and cancellation terms, the licensure of the clinician and the pharmacy, and every other material detail with the seller directly. A figure on this site is a reading taken on a date; the seller’s own checkout is the only authority on what you will be charged today.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Prices are read on a stated date from a stated page and go out of date; the date is printed beside the figure so you can judge it.

No warranty is given that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that a page, a figure, a route, a dose, a billing cycle or a description of what a price covers is current, complete or accurate; that a seller still offers what a page says it offered; or that any error will be corrected. Errors are corrected when they are found and logged publicly on the Corrections page, which is a commitment about process and not a warranty about content. Where the law does not permit the exclusion of a particular warranty, that exclusion does not apply to you and the rest of this section still does.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and anyone contributing to them will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

That applies however the claim is framed, in contract, in tort including negligence, by statute or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such damages was known. It covers loss said to arise from a price that had changed, from a seller that did not perform, from a page that was unavailable, and from any decision taken after reading something here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case liability is limited as far as that jurisdiction allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Services and their contributors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

That includes a claim arising from your misuse of the contents, from republication without permission, and from your violation of anyone else’s rights. We may take over the defense of any matter subject to this section, in which case you agree to cooperate with it.

11. Termination

Access to the Services may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice.

There is no account to close and nothing to cancel, so termination here means only that access may be blocked and that a page may be withdrawn. The sections that by their nature outlive access continue to apply after it ends: intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and this sentence.

12. Changes

These Terms may be revised. The revised Terms take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use after that is acceptance.

There is no mailing list to notify and no archive of earlier versions; the date at the top is what tells you which version you are reading. If a revision does not suit you, the remedy is to stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction thereof.

Before filing anything, write to editor@nadplusreport.com describing the problem and what you want done about it. Most complaints about this site are factual complaints about a price, a date or a description, and those are fixed on the Corrections page faster than any process reaches a courtroom. Any claim relating to the Services must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent the law allows a period to be agreed. Claims are brought individually; neither party will bring a claim as a class representative or a class member. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to stop misuse of the contents.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and the Services on this subject.

An unenforceable provision is narrowed to the extent needed to make it enforceable and otherwise severed. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, the Disclosure page and the Medical Disclaimer, are that entire agreement, and they supersede anything said elsewhere about the same subject. You may not assign them; we may assign them along with the Services. Headings are for reading convenience and do not limit what a section says. The Services are directed to readers in the United States, are controlled from the United States, and nothing here is an offer anywhere it would be unlawful.
