The boards on this site are built from 144 pages that published a NAD+ price. They were not the only pages opened. 230 readings were taken across 122 sellers, and 86 of them produced nothing a price could be read off. That is the single most common outcome of opening a NAD+ product page, and it is invisible everywhere else on this site.
What the silence is made of
all 230 page readings
- 144 of 230 priced something
- at least one figure a reader could decide, with its qualifier and its route attached
- 42 of 230 showed no dollar amount
- the page rendered and simply does not put a number in front of a reader
- 23 of 230 money, not a NAD+ price
- the page rendered and showed dollar amounts, but they belong to something else — a different treatment, a shipping line, a membership
- 21 of 230 did not render for us
- a challenge screen, an empty shell, or a page that never finished loading — recorded as undetermined, never as a seller publishing nothing
Every page opened for this site, read September 2026. The bands partition the readings; each page falls in exactly one.
The last band is ours, not the seller’s, and it is the one worth being careful about. 21 readings came back with too little text to judge anything. That is recorded as undetermined rather than as “no price”, because a page we could not read is not a page with nothing on it. None of those 21 is counted anywhere on this site as a seller publishing nothing.
22 readings failed to render in total, not 21. The difference is a single page that failed on the first attempt and gave up a price on a slower re-read, so it sits in the first band above. Both numbers are printed because the smaller one alone would describe our success rate rather than the market.
19 of them were not about NAD+ at all
19 of the 86 silent readings never used the word NAD, in any form, anywhere in what a reader sees. These are pages a NAD+ link on the seller’s own site led to: category pages, redirects that landed somewhere else, and one address that returned a 404.

Rendered, but carried no dollar amount

Did not render enough to judge

The one signal that predicted it in advance
Which page to open was decided before any of them was opened, from links the seller’s own site published. Where the only NAD+ link available looked like a blog post or an intake form rather than a product page, the reading was marked as a weak target at that point — a prediction, made in advance, that it probably would not carry a price.
It was right. 3 of the 19 weak targets produced a price. 141 of the 211 other readings did.
Blog- or intake-shaped addresses that priced something

Every other address that priced something

An address counts as blog- or intake-shaped if its path said so before anybody opened it. All 230 pages, read September 2026.
Which sellers this leaves with nothing
A silent page is usually not a silent seller. 68 sellers had at least one reading that produced nothing, and 49 of them priced something on another page. Up to three NAD+ pages were read per seller — the distribution is 34 sellers had 1, 68 sellers had 2, 20 sellers had 3 — so a seller with one silent page usually had a second page that worked.
19 of 68
sellers with a silent page priced nothing on any page we read
29 of 136
sellers we set out to price published no figure we could use
107 of 136
sellers reached the roster the boards are built from
29 of the 136 sellers this research set out to price ended with no usable figure — which is why the boards carry 107 companies and not 136. Every one of those 29 was pursued further rather than dropped: the walk one click past a silent page is what happened next, and it is its own page because the answer is not the one you would expect.
What this does and does not show
Every figure above is a seller’s own published number, with the route it buys, the milligrams it buys and the date it was read attached. None of it is medical advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to take or avoid anything. Talk to a licensed clinician who has your history in front of them.

- When the URL names a route
A seller's own address is the first route claim a buyer meets. “Nasal” meant nasal every time. “Oral” never once meant the precursor a reader would expect.
- Prices in the markup
Most NAD+ pages carry dollar amounts you are not shown. Why that is a reason to open the toggles rather than an accusation.
- The price behind the intake
“They don’t publish a price” is only honest if you clicked the button. Thirty-three sellers were followed one click past the page. Almost none of it was a price.
- Pages that price two routes
Where a spray and a needle are sold in one grid, a route choice looks like a price choice. Which routes get sold side by side, and how deep it goes.
