Nothing on nadplusreport.com is medical advice. This site reads what NAD+ sellers publish and dates every figure; it does not tell anyone what to take.

This site compares what NAD+ and NAD+ precursor sellers charge, for what dose, by which route, and with what included or excluded. That is a commercial comparison. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a judgment about whether any of these products will do anything for you.

The mistake this page exists to prevent

A lower price is not a better product, and on this roster it is frequently not even the same product. The figures here sit beside different routes, different cycles and, more often than not, no stated dose at all, so a low number can mean a smaller dose, a shorter course, a different molecule, or a page that simply did not say. Reading a board here as a ranking of what will work is the one use these pages cannot support. Whether any NAD+ product is appropriate for you, by any route, is a clinical question, and a price index is not where it gets answered.

Talk to someone who knows your history

NAD+ by infusion or injection is administered by clinicians, can interact with existing conditions and medications, and is not appropriate for everyone. Oral precursors are a different molecule with a different evidence base. Put any of it to a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or pharmacist before you start, stop, switch or change anything, and never delay advice you have been given because of something you read here.

Emergencies

A medical emergency is a 911 call or the nearest emergency department, now. This site is not somewhere to send an urgent message: nobody is watching for one, and no reply is coming.

This site prescribes nothing and dispenses nothing

NAD+ Report does not practice medicine or pharmacy and treats no one. It writes no prescriptions and fills none, compounds nothing, ships nothing, handles no product and processes no order. It speaks for no seller either. Buy from one and the agreement is between you and that company, which means this site cannot stop a subscription, get money back, free a held shipment or argue your case for you.

What reading this site does not create

Reading nadplusreport.com, writing to it, or following a link from it creates no clinician–patient relationship with anyone. Nothing published here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a clinical review of any product, and it must not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician who knows your history.

Where the information here comes from

Prices, routes, doses and what a package includes are read by hand off each seller’s own published pages and recorded with the address they were read from and the date they were read on. That is a record of what a company advertised on a particular day, not a verification that the product is what the page says it is. Where an article on this site refers to published research, it names the study it is referring to so the reader can go to the source rather than take our summary of it.

Regulatory status

Statements about products on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Compounded and dietary-supplement products are regulated differently from approved drugs, and a seller’s marketing is not evidence of either safety or effectiveness.

Results vary, and a study is not a promise

Any figure quoted here from a study describes the people who were in that study, measured under its conditions. It does not predict what will happen to you, and the research on NAD+ and its precursors in humans is thinner and earlier than the marketing around them suggests. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that a product will raise NAD+ levels, improve a symptom, or produce any outcome at all.

Interactions, contraindications and warnings

No page here sets out the full interaction, contraindication or warning profile for anything sold on it, and none of them tries to. Those turn on what else you are already taking and on a history this site cannot see. Your pharmacist and your prescriber can see it. Ask one of them before you combine anything, and before assuming that a product sold without a prescription carries no risk.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Separated out, because it is the easiest thing to scroll past on a page of prices. The safety of NAD+ and its precursors during pregnancy and while breastfeeding has not been established. If you are pregnant, could become pregnant, or are breastfeeding, take the question to a clinician first rather than after a first dose.

No dosing guidance, and nothing off-label either

This site publishes no dosing guidance, no administration technique and no schedule of any kind. Where a row states a dose, that is a record of what the seller printed, reproduced so that one price can be compared with another; it is not a recommendation to take that amount, by that route, or at all. How much of anything a person should take, and whether they should, is a decision for a licensed prescriber who has examined them.

Prices and availability move

Each figure describes one day: the day somebody opened that page and copied what was on it. Sellers change prices, packages, routes and availability without announcing any of it, and some of these companies stop selling NAD+ entirely. Check the current terms on the seller’s own site before you pay for anything.

Commercial relationships

Some of these sellers pay this site when a reader it sent them signs up. What that moves, and the several things it does not, is written out at how this site is paid. None of it bears on anything on this page.

Everything here is published as found, with no warranty of any sort, stated or implied: not that it is accurate, not that it is complete, not that it suits whatever purpose you have in mind, and not that it treads on nobody else’s rights. So far as the law allows, neither NAD+ Report nor anyone who writes for it is liable for loss, injury or damage that follows from using this site or from acting on what it says, and that includes any choice you make about a product, a dose, a route or a company. Where the law does not permit a liability to be limited, this paragraph does not limit it.
