NAD+ is sold four ways under one name, and the prices differ tenfold

Four different things are sold under the name NAD+. A drip in a clinic, a vial you inject at home, a nasal spray, and a capsule that is not NAD+ at all. Their prices differ by more than a factor of ten, and none of those prices means anything on its own.

So this board leads with the route and the milligrams, and only then prints the figure. Where a seller does not say how many milligrams a dose contains, the board says dose not stated and stops there. A midpoint would be a guess, and a blank would look like an oversight rather than the seller’s choice.

Why the oral row is on the board at all

An oral precursor is not a scam and this site does not treat it as one. NMN and NR are molecules the body converts; NAD+ delivered by drip or by injection is the molecule itself. That is a real difference in what you are buying, and it belongs on the same table as everything else — marked, so that a capsule is never quietly read as a cheaper version of an infusion. On the board both carry their route and their milligrams, which is the only way the two figures can be looked at together at all.

One row on this board is a precursor rather than NAD+. One row does not state a dose, and says so.

What is not here

No claim about what NAD+ does. Sellers make those claims constantly and this site does not repeat them as fact. What is measured here is commercial: the route, the dose, the price, the billing cycle, what the figure covers, and whether a pharmacy is named on the seller’s own NAD+ page. A pharmacy named on a GLP-1 page is not a NAD+ disclosure and is not counted as one.
