NAD+ Report

How many ways one NAD+ seller sells it

A seller that offers NAD+ two ways is offering you two different purchases, at two prices, under one brand. On this roster that is 28 of 107 sellers — fewer than you would guess from how the category talks about itself, and far fewer than the 34 that never name a route at all.

Most sellers offer exactly one route, and a third name none

Which routes travel together

11 pairs of named routes occur on the same seller. The commonest is Nasal with SubQ, on 18 sellers. The table counts a seller once per pair it holds, so a seller on three routes appears in three rows — the rows are pairs, not sellers, and they do not sum to the roster.

Almost every pair involves one of SubQ, Nasal or Sublingual. 2 of the 11 pairs involve none of them: IM with IV (2), Topical with Patch (1).

Two prices from one seller are still two purchases

The reason this count matters is not that variety is good. It is that a seller offering NAD+ two ways prints two figures on one site, and those two figures are for different products with different schedules. The nasal figure and the injection figure sit under one brand and one set of reviews, and nothing about the brand makes them comparable to each other.

Whether one route is systematically cheaper than another is a different question with its own answer, and on this roster the answer is that we cannot tell: fifteen sellers price both an injection and a spray and they do not agree with each other. What each route is priced like — a plan, a floor, a one-off — is the billing census.

What this does not claim

It does not say a seller added or dropped a route. Every figure behind this page was read once, in September 2026, and a change needs two readings of the same figure. Not one figure here has a second, so every sentence is about a catalogue as it stood, and nothing on this site is a trend.

It does not say the 34 sellers who name no route sell only one way. It says they never wrote down which way, on any of their figures, which is a fact about what they publish rather than about what they stock. The sentences those sellers did write are quoted in full on the page about that silence.

And it is not a market share. 107 online sellers is this roster, not the category: clinic and med-spa NAD+ was never in scope, so a route that is mostly sold in a room with a nurse is under-represented here by construction.
